Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HOMER3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated HOMER3 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher HOMER3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HOMER3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD and UCEC are the cancer types where HOMER3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
