HOMER2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HOMER2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOMER2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C8orf34, ZCCHC13, and FAM47C. Each is linked with HOMER2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOMER2-to-partner and partner-to-HOMER2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C8orf34 grouped by HOMER2-low versus HOMER2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOMER2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOMER2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
