HOATZ

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOATZ protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 404 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOATZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC8A3, AP3B2, and FOXN1. Each is linked with HOATZ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOATZ-to-partner and partner-to-HOATZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOATZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOATZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
