Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOATZ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,956 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HOATZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL650P, FOXC2-AS1, and RNA5SP420. Each is linked with HOATZ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOATZ-to-partner and partner-to-HOATZ results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOATZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOATZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
