HNRNPUL2-BSCL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HNRNPUL2-BSCL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,136 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HNRNPUL2-BSCL2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Interstrand cross-link repair, Obsolete histone methylation, and Obsolete positive regulation of histone methylation. Each is linked with HNRNPUL2-BSCL2 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPUL2-BSCL2-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPUL2-BSCL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Interstrand cross-link repair grouped by HNRNPUL2-BSCL2-low versus HNRNPUL2-BSCL2-high in DLBC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HNRNPUL2-BSCL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HNRNPUL2-BSCL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
