Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HNRNPR Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated HNRNPR data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher HNRNPR Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HNRNPR expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.
PAAD, LIHC, and SARC are the cancer types where HNRNPR Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
