Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HNRNPK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,424 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HNRNPK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAD23B, TRAF2, and MZB1. Each is linked with HNRNPK in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPK-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HNRNPK versus RAD23B in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HNRNPK→partner) and Y-score (partner→HNRNPK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
