Across TCGA patient cohorts, HNRNPH1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,869 significant associations in total. LAML shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HNRNPH1P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HNRNPKP4, RPL3P12, and HSPA8P5. Each is linked with HNRNPH1P2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPH1P2-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPH1P2 results are reported.
