HNRNPDLP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HNRNPDLP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,094 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HNRNPDLP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PKP4, PKP4_S776, and PKP4_S382. Each is linked with HNRNPDLP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPDLP2-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPDLP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HNRNPDLP2 versus PKP4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HNRNPDLP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HNRNPDLP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
