Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HNRNPD Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated HNRNPD data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher HNRNPD Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HNRNPD expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, LUSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where HNRNPD Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
