HNRNPD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HNRNPD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,545 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HNRNPD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC2, RBM39, and HNRNPLL. Each is linked with HNRNPD in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPD-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HNRNPD versus SMC2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HNRNPD→partner) and Y-score (partner→HNRNPD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
