Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HNRNPD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,161 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HNRNPD-associated genes across cancer lineages are AQP9, LUCAT1, and ZFP37. Each is linked with HNRNPD in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPD-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HNRNPD versus AQP9 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HNRNPD→partner) and Y-score (partner→HNRNPD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
