HNRNPD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HNRNPD mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HNRNPD-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, 14-3-3_beta, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with HNRNPD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPD-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p62 Lck ligand grouped by HNRNPD-low versus HNRNPD-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HNRNPD→partner) and Y-score (partner→HNRNPD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
