Across TCGA cell cohorts, HNRNPD RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,231 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HNRNPD-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of chromosome condensation, Recombinational repair, and DNA recombination. Each is linked with HNRNPD in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPD-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPD results are reported.
