Across TCGA patient cohorts, HNRNPCP8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,796 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HNRNPCP8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial translation, tRNA metabolic process, and RNA 3'-end processing. Each is linked with HNRNPCP8 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPCP8-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPCP8 results are reported.
