HNRNPCL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HNRNPCL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,640 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HNRNPCL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LACTB, FZR1, and NSMCE4A. Each is linked with HNRNPCL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPCL1-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPCL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LACTB grouped by HNRNPCL1-low versus HNRNPCL1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HNRNPCL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HNRNPCL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
