HNRNPC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HNRNPC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,881 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HNRNPC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSRP1, SUPT16H, and EHMT1. Each is linked with HNRNPC in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPC-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HNRNPC versus SSRP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HNRNPC→partner) and Y-score (partner→HNRNPC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
