Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HNRNPA2B1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated HNRNPA2B1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher HNRNPA2B1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HNRNPA2B1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SCLC, LIHC, and CHOL are the cancer types where HNRNPA2B1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
