HNRNPA1P69

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HNRNPA1P69 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,535 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HNRNPA1P69-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of telomere maintenance, Regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation, and Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase II promoter. Each is linked with HNRNPA1P69 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPA1P69-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPA1P69 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of telomere maintenance grouped by HNRNPA1P69-low versus HNRNPA1P69-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HNRNPA1P69→partner) and Y-score (partner→HNRNPA1P69) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
