The most reproducible HNRNPA1P66-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of telomere maintenance via telomere lengthening, RNA localization, and Protein localization to chromosome. Each is linked with HNRNPA1P66 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPA1P66-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPA1P66 results are reported.
