The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher HNRNPA1P58 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HNRNPA1P58 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and THCA show a favorable association.
HNSC, STAD, and THCA are the cancer types where HNRNPA1P58 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
