Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HNRNPA1P53 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,114 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HNRNPA1P53-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM22, RPL7, and ZBTB20_S353. Each is linked with HNRNPA1P53 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPA1P53-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPA1P53 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HNRNPA1P53 versus TRIM22 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HNRNPA1P53→partner) and Y-score (partner→HNRNPA1P53) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
