Across TCGA patient cohorts, HNRNPA1P18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,235 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HNRNPA1P18-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Obsolete nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, exonucleolytic, 3'-5', Positive regulation of lamellipodium assembly, and Regulation of circadian rhythm. Each is linked with HNRNPA1P18 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPA1P18-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPA1P18 results are reported.
