Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HNRNPA1P18 RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HNRNPA1P18 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher HNRNPA1P18 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HNRNPA1P18 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and SKCM show a favorable association.

UVM, KIRC, and LUSC are the cancer types where HNRNPA1P18 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
