HNRNPA1P16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HNRNPA1P16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,600 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HNRNPA1P16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUPT6H, METTL16, and DSN1. Each is linked with HNRNPA1P16 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNRNPA1P16-to-partner and partner-to-HNRNPA1P16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HNRNPA1P16 versus SUPT6H in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HNRNPA1P16→partner) and Y-score (partner→HNRNPA1P16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
