HNMT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HNMT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,573 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HNMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01159, RAB9BP1, and RBPMS2P1. Each is linked with HNMT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNMT-to-partner and partner-to-HNMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01159 grouped by HNMT-low versus HNMT-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HNMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→HNMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
