Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HNF4G Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated HNF4G data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher HNF4G Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HNF4G expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, ESCA, and HNSC are the cancer types where HNF4G Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
