HNF4G

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HNF4G mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HNF4G-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-8, 14-3-3_beta, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with HNF4G in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNF4G-to-partner and partner-to-HNF4G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-8 grouped by HNF4G-low versus HNF4G-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HNF4G→partner) and Y-score (partner→HNF4G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
