HNF1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HNF1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,736 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HNF1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SERPINH1, RBM47, and RAB27A. Each is linked with HNF1A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNF1A-to-partner and partner-to-HNF1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HNF1A versus SERPINH1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HNF1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→HNF1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
