HNF1A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HNF1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,217 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HNF1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIGD3, MIR107, and PECR. Each is linked with HNF1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNF1A-to-partner and partner-to-HNF1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HNF1A versus TIGD3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HNF1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→HNF1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
