HNF1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HNF1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,609 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HNF1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Renal D-glucose absorption, Aldehyde metabolic process, and Cellular response to rapamycin. Each is linked with HNF1A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HNF1A-to-partner and partner-to-HNF1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Renal D-glucose absorption grouped by HNF1A-low versus HNF1A-high in LIVER.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HNF1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→HNF1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
