HMOX2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMOX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,159 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HMOX2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are JPT2, GSPT1, and STUB1. Each is linked with HMOX2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMOX2-to-partner and partner-to-HMOX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HMOX2 versus JPT2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HMOX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HMOX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
