HMOX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMOX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 660 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HMOX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM73, CCDC89, and ARID3B. Each is linked with HMOX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMOX1-to-partner and partner-to-HMOX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM73 grouped by HMOX1-low versus HMOX1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HMOX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HMOX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
