HMHB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMHB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HMHB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4499, IGHD5-12, and RN7SKP279. Each is linked with HMHB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMHB1-to-partner and partner-to-HMHB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4499 grouped by HMHB1-low versus HMHB1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HMHB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HMHB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
