Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMGXB4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,360 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HMGXB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are STING1, NFYBP1, and PCGEM1. Each is linked with HMGXB4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGXB4-to-partner and partner-to-HMGXB4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STING1 grouped by HMGXB4-low versus HMGXB4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HMGXB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HMGXB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
