Across TCGA cell cohorts, HMGXB4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,596 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HMGXB4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Centriole replication, Negative regulation of chromosome condensation, and U2-type prespliceosome assembly. Each is linked with HMGXB4 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGXB4-to-partner and partner-to-HMGXB4 results are reported.
