Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMGN2P36 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,480 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HMGN2P36-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Sister chromatid cohesion, Regulation of chromosome organization, and DNA strand resection involved in replication fork processing. Each is linked with HMGN2P36 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGN2P36-to-partner and partner-to-HMGN2P36 results are reported.
