Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMGN2P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,389 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HMGN2P3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MKI67, PDS5A_T1208, and RBBP4. Each is linked with HMGN2P3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGN2P3-to-partner and partner-to-HMGN2P3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HMGN2P3 versus MKI67 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
