Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HMGN2P27 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HMGN2P27 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher HMGN2P27 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HMGN2P27 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and CESC show a favorable association.
LIHC, LUSC, and SKCM are the cancer types where HMGN2P27 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
