Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMGN2P26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,813 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HMGN2P26-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are rRNA modification, Telencephalon development, and Response to reactive oxygen species. Each is linked with HMGN2P26 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGN2P26-to-partner and partner-to-HMGN2P26 results are reported.
