Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HMGN2P26 RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HMGN2P26 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher HMGN2P26 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HMGN2P26 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

THYM, OV, and HNSC are the cancer types where HMGN2P26 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
