Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMGN2P25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,315 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HMGN2P25-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination, Regulation of chromosome organization, and Regulation of DNA damage checkpoint. Each is linked with HMGN2P25 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGN2P25-to-partner and partner-to-HMGN2P25 results are reported.
