Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HMGN2P24 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HMGN2P24 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher HMGN2P24 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HMGN2P24 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as THCA and COAD show a favorable association.

ACC, THCA, and MESO are the cancer types where HMGN2P24 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
