Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMGN2P17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,155 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HMGN2P17-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication, synthesis of primer, Cell cycle DNA replication, and DNA-templated DNA replication. Each is linked with HMGN2P17 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGN2P17-to-partner and partner-to-HMGN2P17 results are reported.
