Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMGN1P9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,349 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HMGN1P9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of chromatin organization, Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, and RNA export from nucleus. Each is linked with HMGN1P9 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGN1P9-to-partner and partner-to-HMGN1P9 results are reported.
