Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HMGN1P9 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HMGN1P9 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher HMGN1P9 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HMGN1P9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as TGCT and LGG show a favorable association.
ACC, SKCM, and THCA are the cancer types where HMGN1P9 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
