Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMGN1P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,924 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HMGN1P4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cell cycle process, Cell cycle G2/M phase transition, and Mitotic sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with HMGN1P4 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGN1P4-to-partner and partner-to-HMGN1P4 results are reported.
