Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMGN1P26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,333 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HMGN1P26-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endoplasmic reticulum organization, Regulation of mRNA catabolic process, and Intracellular protein transmembrane transport. Each is linked with HMGN1P26 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGN1P26-to-partner and partner-to-HMGN1P26 results are reported.
