Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMGN1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,609 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HMGN1P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are N4BP2L2-IT2, ANKRD10-IT1, and RN7SL481P. Each is linked with HMGN1P2 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGN1P2-to-partner and partner-to-HMGN1P2 results are reported.
