HMGCLL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMGCLL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,002 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HMGCLL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are METTL1, DDAH1, and DDX21_S89. Each is linked with HMGCLL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGCLL1-to-partner and partner-to-HMGCLL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HMGCLL1 versus METTL1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HMGCLL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HMGCLL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
